Lisa Tenore directs ITR's computer services including interpreting, processing and preparing client data for submission or presentation. She has 16 years of analytical experience using SAS, spreadsheets and database applications to validate, process, format, and prepare complex calculations on client data. Her client engagements have included managing all aspects of data analysis and estimated duty calculations related to antidumping and countervailing duty investigations for the U.S. Department of Commerce, the European Commission, the Ministry of Commerce for the People's Republic of China and the Departamento de Defesa Comercial in Brazil.

Before joining ITR, Ms. Tenore was a computer capacity planner at the U.S. Department of Justice where she was responsible for data analysis and validation related to the performance and cost effectiveness of departmental computer systems and applications. She also served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force specializing in computers and communications.

She has a B.S. in Mathematics from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and an M.S. in Accounting from American University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Maryland and a member in both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Greater Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants.
