Ann Landrum has extensive experience managing private sector engagements to assist counsel for respondents and petitioners in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations before the U.S. Department of Commerce (Commerce) and the Ministry of Commerce in the People's Republic of China (China). Her trade litigation experience includes cases involving both market and non-market economies, such as China. She has expertise in conducting U.S. Customs compliance self-assessments and assisting importers and their counsel in the calculation of computed value.

Prior to ITR, Ms. Landrum was a partner with Grant Thornton LLP where she specialized in international trade engagements on behalf of Commerce and private industry. She also has expertise in financial and cost accounting and systems implementation and reviews.

Ms. Landrum received her B.A. in Psychology from Vanderbilt University and M.B.A. from New York University. She is a Certified Public Accountant in New York State.
