Jill Geier concentrates in assisting counsel for respondents and petitioners in antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) cases administered by the U.S. Department of Commerce, the European Commission and the Canadian government. Her trade litigation experience includes cases involving both market and non-market economies.

During her career at ITR, Ms. Geier assisted in developing a verification guidelines manual for antidumping, subsidy and injury investigations for the European Commission.

Before joining ITR, Ms. Geier gained extensive experience working on AD and CVD cases most recently as a Senior Manager at Grant Thornton, L.L.P. in the International Trade consulting practice. Prior to Grant Thornton she was a Consultant at Dewey Ballantine and Senior Consultant at Georgetown Economic Services.

Ms. Geier received her B.S. in Business Administration from Washington University and her M.B.A. from George Washington University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant in Maryland and a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
