Many of our consultants have worked for the U.S. government, including work on antidumping and countervailing duty investigations for Commerce.
Our consultants include CPAs and specialists in financial, cost accounting and economic analysis. They have a thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and extensive experience examining the books and records of U.S. and foreign entities. They can perform in-depth analysis of complex accounting transactions and have extensive auditing skills.
ITR's computer personnel are trained in database design, system development and system implementation. We have the capability to manipulate and analyze data involving hundreds of thousands of transactions and are experts in capturing digital evidence. We also have familiarity with many different types of data, including sales transactions, manufacturing costs, and customs entries and duties.
Our in-house computing facilities allow us to assist counsel in preparing and validating computer files for submission to U.S. and foreign governments and in performing sensitivity analysis of dumping margins.
