Susan Crawford is a Senior Manager with over 25 years in the field of international trade. She has participated extensively in antidumping trade cases before the Department of Commerce involving small, medium and large-scale companies in Asia, North America, Europe, and South America.
Prior to joining ITR LLC, Ms. Crawford was a senior trade consultant at Trade Resources Company and a trade consultant at the law firm of Mudge Rose Guthrie Alexander & Ferdon. In the public sector, Ms. Crawford worked as a Trade Analyst with the Department of Commerce and as an Import Specialist with the U.S. Customs Service in Philadelphia.
Ms. Crawford has participated in public panels and has co-authored two articles on U.S. Antidumping law, as follows:
- An Overview of the Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Amendments: A New Protectionism? Law and Policy in International Business (Volume 20, Number 3, 1989)(co-authored with Donald B. Cameron, Esq.)

Ms. Crawford received a B.S. in Secondary Education from Bloomsburg University and a M.B.A. from George Washington University.
